oh and sorry for not getting back to you sooner, i have very bad internet and i'm usually too busy goofing around in gmod

it does take some work of course, but not near as much as making one from scratch, you need composite bone merge tool, and advanced bone tool. set bone sizes to 0 and it deleted body parts, and then composite bone merge puts the remaining body part on whatever part of another model you see fit. you'll need to mess with some sliders and such, but it's nowhere near as annoying as going through all of gmod's crazy steps to make an npc from scratch lol

@jeffmc123101 Yo that mod about deleting parts and putting them on others, can I see it? Sounds epic.
jeffmc123101 Feb 29, 2024 @ 4:14pm
oh and i can make the actual npc invisible, before that part comes up in this lol

And now, it is time to finally finish you off! I have found a tool that lets me effectively delete body parts of a model, and attach those parts to another npc, effectively animating it! So all i need to do is take another animal npc, and attach parts from the warthog model to different parts of the animated animal npc, and then i will have everything in place to make the warthog an npc, without even needing to do anything else, no coding, no compiling, no decompiling, none of it. i can make literally anything a fully animated npc now, with very little effort needed! so by making this model in the first place, you have indeed made it an npc. How does full defeat feel?

uh oh, looks like you have fallen even deeper into defeat, i found a way to sort of animate them AND make them move whether the bones are compatible or not by using nextbots :) and no not the crappy 2d ones, but ones that can actually be set with custom behavior, and then i use jellynator on the model after using model manipulator and hey, it may not look good but random movements as long as they are at least a tiny amount correct makes everything much more fun :) so in other words, i found a super easy way to basically make ragdolls into npcs, they are very goofy and floppy npcs but still npcs, and now for my finishing move, i shall now say, BRING ON THE RAGDOLLS! I'LL TURN THEM ALL INTO NPCS USING THIS TRICK! BRING IT ON GMOD COMMUNITY! :) (seriously though, i'm getting tired of everything being ragdolls, but hey at least now i can half way do what lazy modders refuse to do :D)

HAHA i have now came up with a solution to your cleverness, wiremod, if used correctly can make anything into an npc. checkmate, Titanium. you lose.
