@Mitch: Only the door opening and closing is timed. The rest works with sensors and logic gates. The sensors at the front are for speed and turning left and right. On the left and right the lowest sensors used to control the distance to the left and right side. If the lower white and the black sensor between the windows are activated, the bus will stay on the left side. This is triggered by the stop sign. If the lower white and the top black sensor on the left are activated, the bus will stop and open the door. This is triggered by the building and "BUS" sign.
