If you're willing to learn, it should be doable. The basic steps go like this:
Download ModTools, open the asset in-game using the Asset Editor, use ModTools to dump the 3D model and textures.
If I'm not mistaken, then you can use those files to create a new prop asset.
Alternatively, I could send you the files if I can find them (so you can skip extracting them) and you can just create new assets as props.
I don't remember the process very well, it's been a while. If you have any questions, I'll try to answer them (or look for the files).

I did not make any props unfortunately, however if you (or anyone else) wishes to extract the model and make props, I don't have anything against that.
