[ VoidCraft ] Smithing 101

Description
Smiple Smithing perk tree fix. More flexability. No new perks, just reorganized.
Simple. Lite. Balanced. Lore Friendly.

Because I have not added or any new perks, this mod is 100% safe to use.
You can install and uninstall as you see fit. It will not corrupt your save.

For as flexible as they try to make Skyrim's skills, the Smithing tree always bugged me.
It made no sense that you were stuck with Heavy or Light armor smithing track for the whole game.
I've made what I like to think is a drastic but simple improvement. Light and Heavy now have equal tree paths. This decision partly based on all the extra armors I added in my Armory Mod, so now Ebony has both Light and Heavy options.

I make all my mods for my own personal use, so they are always kept up to date.

Glass requires 60, down from 70
Orcish requires 60, up from 50
Dragon requires 90, down from 100

These changes are more for symmetry, cause I'm OCD like that.
I may add this to my Armory mod if enough people request it.

Please see the starchart Image above for a detailed look at the tree.

Comment, Rate and all that jazz. Most of all, Enjoy.

many thanks, I totally agree on response to covid... we can hope for improvement but something says it may be just something we have to adapt to - especially employers

Yes to RL (my Sh**^y job is working me 65 hours a week). Thanks Covid!

I thought the mod was live. >_< Apparently not.

Been sitting there a full year unpublished... The shame is too great...

Check back Monday (Oct 26th). Need to track down what I did with the file... or more likely just remake it.

Hello, I come to you because I really enjoyed your mod years ago. Actually I came back to Skyrim Special Edition & I was tinking it would be very cool to be able to enjoy your mod again. Do you intend to post it on nexus or Bethesda's web site for SSE ? I hope you'll this and happy new year to you !

Thanks for getting back to me, I have already tracked you on Nexus. LOL I know that does not sound good, but I wanted to know when you added mods to nexus.

@Silkwind - Thank you, I'm glad you've enjoyed it. I haven't touched Skyrim or modding for a while, but as I understand its an easy enough conversion to SSE. I have been meaning to port them over. My nexus profile page is https://www.nexusmods.com/users/4361160 . Check it in a week or so.

Hi, I have been using your Wonderful mod for years. I was wondering if you posted it on Nexus or Bethesda's web site. I would love to have this for SSE.
