Xavori's Star Beaver

The Star Beaver is a workhorse/base CV. It's primary feature is the 190 cargo boxes it carries making it a busy lil' beaver. it also has enough pre-planned garden plots, ammo boxes, turrets, and such to be a decent base, and has lots of room for adding more constructors or whatever you want.

While it sports a decent number of turrets, they're meant more for defense and covering the CV as it bravely runs away from a fight. It has double armor in the rear, not to mention the tail that is nothing but armor and turrets.

The ship saves a lot of tonnage by using exclusively large thrusters rather than directional thrusters. This leads to a small increase in energy inefficiency, but the reduced weight more than makes up for it. It also has very strong upward thrust allowing it to land even on heavy G planets, again with becoming a base in mind.
