Transmute Iron first + Ingots

Description
Reorders the default ore order for transmute, adds ingots

Transmute will now prioritize converting lower grade metal so that you can stockpile silver.

If you have no silver or iron ore it will convert ingots.

Great mod! Does exactly what I was looking for in several other mods. I'm surprised it isn't very popular. Maybe adding some images and a little more detail to the description? Anyway thanks! =D
