Infinite Weapon Charge 1.1 UPDATE

Description
Removes the charge cost for weapon enchantments.
-Should fix failure to work on unique weapons
-Still might not work on custom made weapons
-Does not affect new enchantments added by other mods
-Does not effect staffs, see my Infinite Staff Charge mod for that

Put last in the load order to ensure complete functionality.

Note: It may not work for custom weapons.

I think it needs an update, it hasn't worked for me for some time. If I don't use fire/shock/frost damage to enchant AND use a black soul gem there are finite charges. Please fix!

Also, if I give my weapon to a follower, does the charges stay full?
