(Fun fact: The game treats being a "tigerman" as a "gender", which is how so much armour works and how I could hide all others. Most other monsters can only wear their specific signature equipment though, unfortunately.)
I hope it's understandable that I don't have any current plans to get back into modding Titan Quest. You can still find some of my tools rehosted through various fan forums, though they're mostly pretty janky. If I find the time to republish them officially, I'll make sure to mention that here. 2/2
It's quite a bit of work to make a (somewhat polished) mod like this, mainly since the monster models and animations lack some of the meta data that the player model uses to control the timing of spells, portrait camera, footsteps... The player also needs additional animations that the monsters don't have, like ones for special skills and to pick up items from the ground. You can't use the monsters' directly since the player is bipedal and plantigrade while most of the monsters are not (so the animation would glitch out quite badly). 1/2
I think it will still mostly work, but there could be glitches.
(Also this is a model originally in the game. It would be much more work to make anything playable that's not in there already.)
