Strange, you are right, I've tested on local an dedicated on Tumtara Infected map. Both works, and all (L4D2 L4D1, male and females) drop 1 pack of items... Tested on c1m2 with sourcemod plugins to spawn fallen survivors, drop 1 pack... Maybe it's just a problem with some custom maps. But certainly not because of your mod. Thanks, I'll keep looking in case it happens again.

I dont know, cant remember if always is the same, but this model for sure, three times i see double reward from him
