Introduction

Silverglade is a small player home in Falkreath. The home has been designed to be as lore-friendly as possible while still maintaining some degree of uniqueness. It doesn't come with any custom-assets (as you'll find in many other player homes), it has relatively few new textures and scripts, and overall, it's a simple player home designed for a hunter.

Location and features

The home is located south east of Half-Moon Mill in Falkreath. See the map in the images above.

The following generic features are available in the house:*
- Alchemy, enchanting and blacksmithing benches
- Sharpening wheel
- Tanning rack
- Cooking pot
- 3 small chests and one large chest
- 16 weapon racks
- 4 mannequins
- Numerous barrels, cupboards and storage space

*Please note: there is no blacksmith forge or smelter on the property. This is because I felt these items weren't in keeping with a hunter character, and their placement felt non-lore-friendly. For this reason, I will not be adding a forge or a smelter in the future.

The following unique features are also available in the house:
- A basket that has unique arrows delivered to it once a week
- A functional archery range
- A chopping block for which you won't need an axe
- A cage door for added security
- A fireplace in which you can build a fire, so long as you have two pieces of firewood (the fire will burn for 24 hours)
- A wood pile in which you can store wood (all wood in the wood pile is left on display; it's essentially a very handy place to store wood)
- A wine rack (all wine in the wine rack is on display, like the wood pile; it's a handy place to store wine)
- A shrine to Hircine (the previous owner of the home was a worshipper of Hircine)

How to obtain

There are two ways to obtain the key to the home:

OPTION 1: there is a quest that will automatically begin whenever you have the Saviour's Hide or the Ring of Hircine in your possession. When you obtain one of these items (or, if you have one in your possession when the mod is loaded), then wait two days and a letter will be delivered to you. This will begin the quest, the reward for which is the home.

OPTION 2: go to the house and knock on the front door. The current owner will appear and attack you; kill him and take the key from him to take the house for yourself.
