Talons Faction New pawns and races

Description
Soldiers of fortune, they don't care who you are or what you do. The only thing they care about is the amount of silver in your stockpile and the stockpiles of others. Mercs are loyal to two things silver and their brothers in arms.

This mod adds a new faction which fills a role between outlander and pirates.

Mercs can be friendly or hostile.

New Pawns
Mercenary Medics
Mercenary Commanders
Mercenary Landsknects
Mercenary Giants
Mercenary Blood Talon
Mercenary Anti Mechanoid Unit
Mercenary Giant Juggernaut

New Races
Giants
Vat grown Abomination


New Weapons
pulse energy sword
pulse heavy machine gun
pulse energy pistol
Pulse energy sniper
AM Rail Rifle
Blood talon Rifle
Giant Cannon
Laser Cannon
UEPOS Rifle
Plasma Lance

New for 1.2
New art for almost all weapons
AM Rail Rifle has received a buff alongside new custom art.
Merc pistol has received a nerf alongside new custom art.
Code optimisations
Added new heavy weapon harpoon gun.
Added Ice breaker hand Cannon.
Added Merc SMG Hailer
Most Merc weapons renamed

@Gek pushed an update however due to alot of structure changes Giants have been removed as they break everything. I might be able to fix them at some point but until then the mod should be working. keep me posted if you run into anything.

@Rocktalon off the top of my head I can think of 3 Merc groups called Talons so go wild I dont own the concept. :)
