How to jump over the Pit Worm's Nest

I found an easy way to jump over the Pit Worm.

Please follow the steps:

Step 1: Use Barnacle Grapple to climb up the valve at left side.



Step 2: Stand at the top of valve. Aim at the passageway after Pit Worm. Jump and press LEFT STRAFE.



If you have good luck, then you will fall down on the edge of passageway and lost a few HP.

(In fact, I have loaded many times to achieve this goal...)



Now, you have successfully jumped over the whole chapter of Pit Worm's Nest! Congratulations!

Surprised more people haven't mentioned this. It's so easy to do that I wonder if the devs intentionally left that trick in for other playthroughs. Probably just a design oversight though.
