A fantastic DLC to a fantastic game. It pumps up the tempo. It's pretty short but packed to the brim with action. It adds new weapons and enemies and makes you fight larger threats overall. At times it feels more like doom than half life in my opinion, though that's not really an issue, it just plays a bit differently than the base game that's all. My favourite quality about it though, is that there is almost no Xen levels! Yay! No boring breaks, just lots of things to shoot and other black mesa ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
