Ulfric, The 13th Warrior

I was really excited when I heard Vladimir Kulich (Beowulf from the move The 13th Warrior) was going to be voice acting Ulfric. But when I saw the character in game, he just seemed a little too dumpy and frumpy to go with the voice.

So I've tried to match up Ulfric's face to his voice actor's.

I changed:
-face on Ulfric and battleUlfric
-swapped Yarl02 armor/gloves/boots for steel armor models (couldn't figure out how to force him to wear normal steel plate armor).
-changed his 1h axe for a 2h Nord Hero Greatsword.

I will look into making a nord preset with this face, or possibly a 13th warrior quest. However, I am really just a novice at modding so it could take me a while. Still, I will add it onto my to-do list.

There are also a couple custom armors/cloaks from other mods I might try to get permission to use to match up Ulfric's armor to that in the movie shots more closely.

I am okay with his clothing and armor, but is there anyway to have a mod that just changes his face?

let's put it this way: Empire under Mede dynasty is no longer Talos' Empire. It's superiorly inferior to it. True Empire ended with the sacrifice of Martin. As far as some Nords in Windhelm are racist, they have their BIRTHRIGHT to worship Talos. I fully support Stormcloaks.

It wasn't the racism that started the war. It was the ban on Talos worship that really started it. When Torygg accepted the terms, Ulfric was enraged, and rightfully so. How would you feel if you were a Nord, and your king spoke for you and said that you would no longer worship the god who founded your way of life? By taking away Talos, the Thalmor and the Emperor and Dead-king Torygg sealed their fates.

I love the whole switching to two handed weapon, though I have to confess to liking his younger face better... it's just a shame he's such an ass. , i understand the being upset at the compromise which was so obviously in the favor of the Thalmor... but I think it's a bit much to be (literally) racist. Outside of most of the Thalmor and the Imperials (which consists of more Nords than any other race) the rest are peaceable and show no signs of wanting to do anything outside of their jobs (all of which Nord's partake in, outside of traveling caravans). So if he'd put his big boy shorts on and accept the other races living there and just deal with the Imperials who are actually taking action against the removal of Imperial rule...he wouldn't be such a bad guy.
