Kislev Withstands - Lore friendly reskin

This is a lore friendly reskin for Kislev, making them look more russian, more non-imperial and more lore friendly.

I took the models entirely from Prime Minister Sinister's "Improved Empire State Troops" mod.
I wanted to have his Kislev models as a standalone, changed the shields to be more rugged and gave them the original bright red and blue coloring.
There are also other mods that change how Kislev looks, but they also add units and are quite... fabulous. So I felt like this has its niche on the workshop.

I added custom shield designs and made an entirely new set of unit cards for all none cavalry units, those are next on the list.

Credit for the base models goes to Prime Minister Sinister, and huge thanks to emcdunna for a ton of help and for teaching me a bunch of necessary stuff.
