First off, the enemies and scripted rockfall are gone and there seem to be many more deer and elk roaming Shadowgreen Cavern.
At the top of the central mound is a cool-looking ship's hull converted into a basic building, with a few chests and rare goodies lying around. There's a bed (gives Rested bonus, not Well Rested), chair and dresser. Don't expect a fully-featured home with smithing and alchemy and all that. Note that I didn't check whether the containers respawn, so it may not be safe to leave your stuff there.
I didn't find the secret door, but I have not purchased Proudspire Manor so it may not show up until then.
Shadowgreen is one of my favourite game areas, so it's cool to see a mod make use of it.
