Introduction
This guide is how i got it working on my PC, its not that hard, but had to search lots of forums for different games to get it working.

First of all, i have no clue how it works with AMD cards. Because i only have a GTX 970 to test it on with Windows 10, so .. could be not working on other versions.

I am using 2 displays, both on 1080 (very important that both screens have the same resolution), but both completely different.
1. A Dell U2414H (connected on MiniDisplayPort (WHICH I HATE BADLY).
2. A Samsung 40" F7000 series. (connected on HDMI).

I got it working in a few simple steps.
Windows/NVIDIA Control Panel
1. In windows (or nVidia driver).
You have to put both displays on and put the "projection" on Extend (using Windows + P or any other way you like).

2.
You have to enable surround in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Open the NVIDIA Control Panel. (right side)
- Go to, Configure Surround, PhysX
- Check the box with "span displays with surround".
-> Configure it how you see fit, which setup (2x1 or 1x2), but put the resolution on 3840x1080. (check the screens you want to use).
(which will probably ruin your background image -__-).

It should "stretch" your desktop over 2 screens. having it as 1 screen @ 3840x1080, instead of 2 screens of 1920x1080.
After that, you boot Human: Fall Flat, (it should be in the middle of 2 screens) (half on half).
In Human: Fall Flat
3.
In Human: Fall Flat, you change to resolution to 3840x1080, (yes it ruins the menu). somehow it got really big at my screen.
Then, you start a game, and hold both triggers (or mouse buttons, depending on your setup) to start splitscreen, it should split "between the 2 differnt monitors".

The one holding both mouse buttons (or triggers) first, is on the screen called "1" in the NVIDIA Control Panel, so keep that in mind.
In addition
If anything is missing, not functioning, or discribed weirdly, let me know.

Actually my first Guide, so no clue if its to good use :D

Ofcourse, its a guide, no guarantee, everything is in your own hands/risk.

For amd users, you can use Eyefinity to join two displays as one in a 2x1 configuration.
