Details of being a CEO and VIP missions

A guide of buying and selling goods, VIP missions and warehouses.

Inroduction

First of all, this is not a tutorial. I just wrote this guide to tell players tips, tricks and easy way of jobs, all the stuff that I can not find easily on the Internet. I will talk about which options are easy and how you can increase your income with less work.

Becoming a CEO

To be a access all these things you have to buy an office. There are offices all over the city:

• Maze Bank Tower: $4,000,000
  
• Lombank West: $3,100,000
  
• Arcadius Business Center: $2,250,000
  
• Maze Bank West: $1,000,000

After you buy your office, you become a CEO. In contrast to VIP, there is no cooldown and no permanent uptime. This means you can quit anytime and register again to continue being a CEO.

Warehouses

There are 3 types of warehouses:

• 6 amount of Small Warehouses which can be bought from $250,000 to $392,000
  
  
  
  
• 8 amount of Medium Warehouses which can be bought from $880,000 to $1,017,000
  
  
  
  
• 8 amount of Large Warehouses which can be bought from $1,900,000 to $3,500,000
  
  

Incomes of Warehouses

You can buy

• 1 crate for $2,000
  
• 2 crates for $8,000 ($4,000 each)
  
• 3 crates for $18,000 ($6,000 each)

at a time.

ATTENTION

Don't forget how much time you spend on buying crates one by one. Considering you complete a 3 crate purchase in 4 minutes and there will be less than 5 minute cooldown when you get back to office. And as you wait the timer, you can do a sightseer work, which i mentioned below. It pays you around $23,000 and lasts 5 minutes. Therefore in 10 minutes you fill your warehouse 3 crates and $5,000 income which means you fill your small warehouse ($240,000) and gain $30,000 additional income.

Let's say we buy 3 crates with $5,000 income in 10 minutes:

Special Items

Special Items are rare cargos. They are sold 1 crate at a time. If there is a special item, your assisstant calls you and briefs you about it. But sometimes he/she doesn't call you. So you should be warned when buying crates. If there is one, it should be seen like this:



We don't know when they show up but players says they found it as they completed 10 crate deliveries and they get the special item when they are in a crowded lobby. Therefore when you completed 10+ crate deliveries, just go in a public lobby, wait for assisstant to call you or check the buying website. If you see there is one, buy it and use NetLimiter to become alone. It that simple!

When to sell them and how to store them

I suggest selling them when you have just bought. Because having 2 special items doesn't multiply your income. And it wastes your 1 slot which can make you get less income.

You don't want your warehouse be full when it shows up. Have at least 2 warehouses and don't let them be filled at the same time. So you have always 1 slot available for your special item.

Delivery Vehicle Upgrades

The most important part is delivery. So if you don't want to lose your money (you can lose it because of bugs anyways) you should upgrade your delivery vehicles. These are the prices of upgrades.

Delivery Truck upgrades:

• Armor Upgrade : $230,000
  
• Bulletproof Tires: $95,000

Delivery Plane upgrades:

• Armor Upgrade : $190,000
  
• Jammer Upgrade: $300,000

Delivery Boat upgrades:

• Armor Upgrade : $265,000
  
• Speed Upgrade: $170,000

Solo VIP Works

Solo VIP works are the best options when you are waiting cooldown or bored. With them you can make money easily, especially from Headhunter and Sightseer but there is 5 minute cooldown when you have done a VIP work. The biggest advantage of them is all the associates and CEO get paid.

Headhunter

The VIP/CEO and their bodyguards/associates must hunt down 4 VIP targets that have their own bodyguards within a time limit.

Using an attack helicopter makes this work very easy. But if you don't have any of them don't worry.
Kuruma is very effective too. You can do this work less than 5 minutes.

Payout: $20,000 (+$2,500 - $10,000 bonus)

Hostile Recovery

The VIP/CEO and their bodyguards/associates are tasked to retrieve a package from a high-security location and deliver it to a drop-off location.

I suggest using a plane (if you are doing it in LSIA) or a helicopter and going to the site with an armored car. So you can clear the site, hop into a heli and run away from cops easily.

Payout: $10,000 (+$2,500 - $9,500)

Sightseer

The VIP/CEO and their bodyguards/associates must hack the system to reveal packages to collect across the state of San Andreas without getting caught or killed by rival Organizations and/or other players.

I suggest using a helicopter instead of a plane or car. Because the packages may be very far. With a helicopter it doesn't last more than 5 or 6 minutes.

Payout: $20,000 (+$1,000 - $6,500 bonus)

Asset Recovery

The VIP/CEO and their bodyguards/associates must steal one or more impounded vehicles from a police station and deliver them to a drop-off location.

Payout: $10,000 (+$2,500 - $6,500 bonus) (cars)
$5,000 (+$2,500 - $6,500 bonus) (motorcycles)

VIP Work Glitch

The wave trick is comprised of a startup sequence, a down wave where it builds up to the up wave, the up wave being 3 missions end to end with no cooldown.

• The start sequence is headhunter, cooldown and then hostile takeover.
  
• The down wave is cooldown, headhunter and then a cooldown.
  
• The up wave is sightseer, headhunter and then hostile takeover.

Once through the startup phase, the down and up wave can be continued indefinitly to generate $211,500/h.

Being Alone in a Public Lobby

I personally use this trick to be alone in a public lobby. This is not a third party software that effects game and get you banned. This software just limits your internet connection.

First, download the software from this webpage: https://www.netlimiter.com/download

Install it regularly. Open the game and go in a public lobby then open the program. Tick both boxes near the Grand Theft Auto V.



Then go into the game again and wander 1-2 minutes (usually less than 1 minute) and everybody leaves the game. Don't forget to untick the boxes again.

Now you can invite your buddies to your lobby!

Nice guide, for the "netLimiter" part you can just use a .bat that creates a temporarily firewall entry or stops the process for short time.

So you dont need external software to install.

- Step 1 choose your version: (most users got 64bit) and open the link, copy all the text.
- Step 2 make a new text file, paste it in, save it as ".bat" and then run it.
- Step 3 profit
