You spelled January wrong.

@SamSinen Actually thought it was a residential building until just when I was about to upload it to the workshop.
It's pretty simple though to change so it's a residential RICO, here's a guide;

I'm probably gonna do it to a RICO residential 60% for myself.

Personally I thought the window colors from the renders looked really cool, so I didn't think to much about it. But I usually try to use dubai360 and google as reference for most of my current projects so it looks as realistic as possible.
Also thanks for your kind words, I'll always to my best to improve the quality of my assets :)

@Dog Turds shit, sorry for that :) I believe my though was type "200" when adding the stats.

@Demosthenes_1
I'm trying my best to upload pictures now and then on my profile. U can add me if you want to, because I'm also trying my best to remember who has added me for my C:S projects and give heads up now and then that I've uploaded pictures or the building to the workshop.

Amazing work like always, and as a funny note when i build this building in my city imo it feels more like an residential building and i know your going for realism so I understant making it into an office building.

Also in many construction renders (atleast where i live) the windows on building renders are made to look more "bluish" than what the "real deal" will be when the building is done, this happens especially often on highrise renders. (no need to change the windows im just pointing this out if you didn't know)

Thumbs up and an add to the favourites list for sure, keep up the good work!

thats good to know. Where can I see what you have planned for the future?

$2000 Maintenance cost is too high. Building will run at a loss.

@Jensoo thanks, and yes I agree with you both. I'll do this building more justice when I eventually start to focus on downtown buildings in general. Then it will have that garagespace surrounding it and also ( if I find a good photo of it ) another entrence.

@Demosthenes_1
Well they're on hold like many other downtown projects. The only reason why I did this building was because I wanted to do a simple building that could fit anywhere in my Dubai city.
So Marriott, Chelsea tower, al yaqoub etc. are on-hold projects that should be released as soon as I start working on downtown.

whatever happened to those blue marriot hotels?
Jensoo Jul 25, 2016 @ 10:49am
The building looks awesome! :) But I agree with @HatsuneKid . It definitely needs some kind of base or entrance. If you don't have any pictures just make up one of your own and correct the architect's flaws :)
