This guide contains maps with all airdrop locations for PEI, Washington and Russia.. and Hawaii. Oh, and Germany. edit: and Greece. edit: AND France.
(There are no airdrop points on Yukon)

You can force airdrop with @airdrop (/airdrop) command if you have the rights to do so.
