If you are getting lag, it's because of where and how the object spawned; it probably spawned into other objects making the program try to process this cunnundrum (as two objects can't occupy the same space).

The house really isn't that bad; it's just woefully incomplete. I imported it into survival, put glass in the windows, added an easel over the garage, addressed the lighting situation, added a back porch, included light switches and doors; then topped it off with a craftbot in the garage, a cookbot in the kitchen and a dressbot in the Master Betroom -- then spawn beds and some decoration. It was actually fun to finish and fix up.
