CoCi Camper 2 lagless

A highly edited version of CoCi's Camper 2.0, made to cause much less lag on lower end PCs.

I did not make the original, CoCi did. I only removed/replaced objects/blocks on the creation to cause less lag.

Note 1: i added a small feature, as i feel it went with the "look" of the lag-free version. Pressing 6 in the driver seat/pressing the switch beside the windsheild now does something.

Note 2: CoCi just updates thier page saying that using the camper on hills causes a lot more lag, so use it in a large flat area!
