Soul Gem Tweaks

Description
Tired of grabbing filled soul gems from a container only to find that they’re empty in your inventory? Me too.

This mod creates a work-around for this issue by allowing you to take those empties to a forge and get your souls back. Obviously, this is open for abuse as you can take any empty soul gem and exchange it for a full one, but you can use the mod how you like. Also, as an unintended side-effect, you will earn smithing XP from doing this.

The other purpose of the mod is to give you something to do with soul gem fragments. You can now use those to craft empty soul gems. Simply take your fragments to a forge and craft “soul gem pieces” and then use those pieces to craft empty soul gems.

I use this mod to fill soul gems because I hate the way you have to be careful which gems you're carrying when killing various types/levels of mobs. I'd rather just pretend all soul gems are pre-filled.
