Description
This mod adds 2 more upgrades for the Enchanter perk. The perk can be increased to a maximum of 110%

It does work with other mod(s), however it can have issues if said mod(s) also affect the Enchanting perk. As far as getting it to load, it does not take effect on characters made prior to it being downloaded.

I am sorry about the lengthy delays I have in responding to you, I do care. I did bring that down to 2 upgrades (110%), however will release a "Better Enchanting 2.0 with 3 upgrades (115%) by the end of the month.
