Description

A MOD to override the stat and skill gain boosts from Dad & Zan's ModPack and lower them to 20 stat pts and 6 skill pts per level. Still 10 skill points per fame level. Also lowered the skill tier requirements to unlock all skills by level 40.

Nah, it only boosts what you gain going forward in levels.
