Description
Rules: http://www.iellogames.com/downloads/MedievalAcademy_EN_Rules.pdf

In Medieval Academy, each player takes the role of a squire who wants to outdo the others in the different training categories to score Chivalry Points. To achieve this goal, during the six turns of the game, the players must wisely draft the cards that are the most useful to them and play them at the right time to move their discs up the training tracks.

At the end of final turn, the squire who has the most Chivalry Points wins the game and is knighted by King Arthur!

This is based on Huggybears Medieval Academy Mod but with a few minor changes and improvements, set up with a few of the reverse "variant" sides of the board.

While you're free to flip the game boards to any side you desire, I chose variants based on what I believe will provide the best experience on Tabletop Simulator and will require a minimal amount of rules explanation.

The Gallantry Board: I chose the default side here because I feel it is the most viable and doesn't require additional game setup. In my experience, I found the default side more fun. I recommend at least trying the the reverse side as it is simple enough to explain to new players and adds a new betting mechanic that makes card drafting a bit more meaningful.

The Joust Boards: Adds a huge element of fun and interaction as players participate in a "tug of war" with the Gold Cup on the Joust boards. Both sides will score points, the winning side just earns more. Since both sides score, and since players are welcome to play both sides, there is a potential for a ton of points by playing the jousts.

The Scholar: I chose the default side here as I feel it is more fair and fun. Knowing exactly how the board will score each round encourages a lot of healthy competition. The variant side will require a hidden area in Tabletop Sim. I don't like variant side because players can choose not to play this board at all and leave scoring up to random chance.

The King: The variant side feels more balanced. It's also A LOT of fun. Since certain spots on this board score zero points, it forces players to make a few "risk vs reward" decisions. This variant board can potentially score every round as long as one of the two scrolls are picked up. If in any round two scrolls are picked up, everyone scores double.

The Beggar And Quests: I chose the default sides because the variant sides complicate scoring and is better suited for new players. If you're brave enough to try one of the variant sides of either the Beggar or Quests, I suggest trying both together.
