So if I smell like lemons I can't pass even though they hate lemons?

I didn't actually think about that, thanks for noticing. I checked the puzzle in the game, and the piranhas don't hurt you, they just push you back to the previous tile. So for this game, if you smell like oranges or lemons, then water tiles are impossible to pass.

How much damage do pirahnas do? is it insta kill or do I role the dice?
