u need like a chinese fone nummmber so i reencoded the file and uploaded to google drive
the version i got is slightly different from the one in the screenshots (less zoomed in & subs are in romaji) but whatever

its 1280x720 24fps (same as the original l4d2_background0[1-5].bik files)
download the tellyourworld.bik file from here and paste it into /left4dead2/media/l4d2_background0[1-5].bik then it will work
