Description
You always wanted to spam cool skills but just could not cos of that pesky mana pool? well here is your solution for ya

Most Skills use 0 mp, mana potions super boosted for skills that use mana over time and are not affected by mana cost affix.

With some mods- mana potions may not work, but skills will still use 0 mp

Yea it works with skills that use mp per use not per sec 90% of skills work

Doesnt work with Berserker's "Savage Rush" skill

Hmm no I had no problems placing it last, you can just try it out, This mod does not change mana use of skill that consumer mana per socond like mages first fire skill cos I did not find where to change that, well try and post some feedback, with what other meds you are playing it

well it should work with all classes cos i just changed global affix of mana use and edited mana potion, if anyone have some problems with it - post in comment I will fix it!

cheaty cheater.
Anyways, 0 mp skill usage is terrible idea, cuz it wont work with custom classes.
Alternative way - improves bonuses, int gives. Theoretically, it will work with anyone, without requirment to edit each skill manually
