Beach Cafe 4x4

Description
A simple beach cafe for smooth sandy coasts - any biome /map theme.

No mods required. One custom prop is needed (optional, but looks better with it).

Construction cost: 5000 / maintenance 100

The beach cafe should attract lots of tourists, and locals as well.

Model 152 tris, textures d, n, s, i 1024x512, all created by me.
