[UPDATED FOR 105.2!]The Terminator Build (Formerly God Mode Build)
By Hyper Realistic Silly Gibs and 1 collaborators
Finally updated for Update 106, Frenzy sees the light of day by making you into a half man half machine juggernaut. Deal damage, take damage, and make people come with you since they want to live by shouting at them. There are two variants. Mobile and Immobile. Immobile will come later.

Original Description:

This build will make you into a God. Take hits and deal damage. Loads of hits and damage. And you'll still stay up.

PLEASE READ THE FAQ IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS! It might have been already answered!

Introduction to TERMINATING
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger

With the new skill update, there's one thing that makes the game amazing. The skills can be completely arranged to be strong, or stealthy, or even be made to be overpowered. This. Is going to make you a GOD.

Before we start: I must say one thing. The only Required DLC is Gage Shotgun Pack and Anarchist. That's it. The only optional ones are Jiro Character Pack and Butcher BBQ Pack, which aren't required but helpful.

If you have any questions, please look at the FAQ to see if they've been answered first.

With Update 106, there have been changes to the skills. They have been ammended to support those changes.
The Skills
The Skills

The Infamy Required is Mastermind and Enforcer. That way you can get to the skills needed below.

Inspire Aced will make you want to say "come with me if you want to live" if you have someone you can't reach in time. Being able to take these hits are very much needed, as you will be a big target for cops. Getting Doctor Bags is also encouraged. Always get Forced Friendship.

This is the main half of the build. You NEED to get Overkill Basic, And I only recommend Nearby Basic if you use Option A for the build.
(not pictured: getting Far away with the remaining 3 points)

Drill Skills are always nice and welcome, especially on Death Wish.

Yes, Silenced guns are how we're rolling in on this one. Get Specialized Killing Aced, and also get parkour aced. This is heavily recommended as you will need to run for cover when your armor breaks and you're out of ammo.

Finally, the second main half. And this is a long one.

Berserker Aced will allow you to go into Berserker state and do damage with guns, meaning your shotguns we will be using. Using Frenzy aced gives us a 30% boost to defenses at the cost of little health. The best part? You immediately go into berserker state and can start doing more damage starting with a base 25% Bonus when you start a heist and can go up to a tremendous number of....
249% more damage. This does not include, by the way, specialized killing and Underdog, nor Shotgun Impact. So in reality, it does over 300% damage! That's quite a lot of damage for anything!
The Weapons
Option 1: M1014 Shotgun

Mods: 000buckshot, Long Barrel, Silent Killer Suppressor, laser type of your choice, Sight is optional but recommended. Boost mod: Accuracy -4

This is going to be your go to weapon. It's fast, it has a quick full reload, and with Long Barrel, you can make the accuracy go up but with Accuracy -4 you can get it back down. Remember: less accuracy on shotguns is better than higher accuracy. More Spread means more dead. Or atleast, you'll get more hits on nearby cops.

And there's the Suppressor. We're equipping this because of Specialized Killing Aced.

Option 2: Steakout 12G

Mods: 000buckshot, suppressed barrel, single fire shots, laser and sight of your choice, Drum Magazine. Boost Mod: Accuracy-4
I could just copy paste the M1014 data down but there are some big differences.

Use the Suppressed Barrel instead of a silencer. You will do more damage. The Drum Magazine gives more ammo, and how I see it is, more ammo, less worry of reloading. With one of the skills obtained from getting up to Berserker and Frenzy, if you melee kill any unit, you get a big bonus in reload speed. On top of that, there are other stats that you may not know about

M1014[/b] [/u]
can reload multiple shells, which can be fast or slow
has slightly better ammo pickup
has an already fast fire rate
does more damage overall (up to 102, but this build gets it to 99
takes nearly 4 whole seconds to fully reload.
only gets one part of the close by skill, where you get faster fire rate when hip-firing
has a smaller magazine
has a smaller ammo pool

Steakout 12G
reloads with a magazine, the reload time is almost always the same
reloads within 2 and a half seconds with an empty mag
has a bigger, and also an upgradeable magazine
gets both of the close by skill aced parts, with extra mag and also fire rate increase
has a better ammo pool
has a smaller ammo pickup
has a slower fire rate

The choice is yours. My personal pick is the M1014.

Secondary: Judge Shotgun

Mods: Silent Killer Suppressor, HE Rounds, Laser and Sight of your choice. Boost Mod: Accuracy -4

This should go without saying. But I guess I'll say it. It's good for shields and Captain winters. It's amazing as well as offing bulldozers armor, and then shooting with your primary and launching it to the moon. Also, getting it as a clearing tool is even more amazing. Just shooting in a general direction of a bunch of cops and seeing them stumble and being blown away is the best.

Throwables

Grenades, Dynamite, or Molotovs will do the trick. Anything's cool but I prefer molotovs. I've never/barely had to use these things at all to be quite honest..

Melee

DLC Variant: Shinsakuto Katana
No DLC variant: Nova's Shank, Electrical Brass Knuckles

Shinsakuto Katana is extremely powerful and fast. While Nova's Shank is small and not as powerful it can do a quick double stab to get a kill on a cloaker. EBK is good if you need to interrupt the cloaker before he gets you, but not good for killing.
Suit, Perk Deck, and the results
Suit

I'll make it quick, you'll wanna use the Combined Tactical Vest.

But what matters is the
Perk Deck.
Anarchist.
Anarchist with ICTV and Frenzy is extremely ridiculous. You can take damage but then dish it back out with your guns. You also have less health as a draw back, but you also get possibly my favorite thing out of it, and that's more armor than armorer.

If you don't have the Sydney Pack, I also suggest Armorer, Maniac, Crew Chief (no jokes here) and Hitman.

Now let's get to what you can do.

With Overkill, Underdog, and Berserker Aced that adds up to a grand POSSIBLE total of 249% more damage. And that's without Shotgun CQB and Specialized killer. Let's add that in.

Shotgun Impact Aced gives 15% more damage. Specialized Killer gives a total of 30% more damage when aced.
This adds up to nearly 290% more damage on shotguns!

Things I have done with this build:
One shot Captain winters with the HE Judge shotgun
Revive the entire team when they were in seperate places in Hoxout Day 2
Stay outside of the house in Rats Day 1/Cook off and fend off the entire police force out there for three waves, getting downed once by a Cloaker
Two shotted The Commissar on Hotline Miami on Deathwish difficulty
Single tapped my M1014 on a Skulldozer and killed it with its visor off and the glass on his helmet in tact

Now that is completely overkill.
Final Words and FAQ
This build will be subject to change if Overkill changes any of these skills. I would not recommend making the build to be rewritten to use ARs since they don't do much of anything with this build. On top of that, I'd also like to thank my friend Rev, who originally made the base and focus of the build, with Frenzy and Maniac. I'd also like to thank the random pubbies who worked alongside me in the deathwish heists we did.

Also, if you think you can make improvements, tell me!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's that hud?
A: It's wolf hud. It is one of the best, if not, THE best PD2 hud imo. It combines a bunch of other huds and mods together like Hoxhud and Pocohud and takes the best of them into one mod, like detailed stats during a heist, more detailed things that are in a heist (how many possible loot bags there are, how many keycards there are, etc.) It will also show any buffs you have and can also show you what your team mates are using. Best of all, it barely ever crashes and doesn't require joining a group to use.

Q: Why not use Izhma?
A: After vigorous testing Izhma is not optimal for this build.

Q: Why not use ICTV?
A: Waste of points and I can get better skills with them, and CTV already has a good armor count with Anarchist and Armorer. Also, you're faster and have more stamina.

Q: What if I DON'T have the shotgun dlcs?
A: I'm not sure if Overkill removed 000buckshot for users without the dlc since before the skill updates, you could equip 000buckshot for free but all the other ammo types were not available unless you had the Gage Shotgun Pack.

Q: Why do you scope your shotguns?
A: Try aiming down the sights with a shotgun with the silent killer suppressor.

Q: Can the perk deck be substituted for something else?
A: I heavily recommend either Maniac or Anarchist since those are the onest that seemed to work for me and Co-Author Rev. Skills can stay the same, but Anarchist or Maniac is best.

Q: I can't get the Long Barrel for the M1014! What do I do?
A: Right. I forgot about this. For most weapon packs after the Gage Weapon Pack 2 (as well as some heist related ones) you have to get achievements to get mods. Here's how you get the long barrel, by unlocking the achivement Shotgun 101: "Kill at least 50 enemies and finish a heist with 101 hit accuracy or more using any shotgun." The best way to do this is using HE rounds to have a wider damage range and that way you get more attacking out of it. Also, since there's no difficulty requirement, jewelry store normal is good since the cops all spawn in one place.

Q: Is this still viable in Death Wis and is it viable in One Down?
A: Yes and no. Death Wish is still able to be done with this build but not One Down. I did make a guide but it's just a proposal and not an exact "this is how you do it" build since it's such a new thing.

Q: I don't own Sydney/I don't like Anarchist! What should I use instead?
A: Maniac. It's free, it's what I used before owning Sydney Pack, and it's useful for everyone. Other options include Armorer and Crew Chief (I'm serious)

Enforcer infamy is not required. Fugitive is

HE is an explosive round that affects the emidiate area.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe nerfing accuracy on HE Judge is a bad call, because isn't HE a slug round?
DaBaby Oct 29, 2016 @ 8:43pm
What armor?
lightweight or combined?

Just want you to know, there are 2 skills this is missing to make it OD viable, Nine lives and swan song aced, I reccommend you replace your drill skills for those
murla Oct 16, 2016 @ 8:22am
Too low damage for OD.

Well, if you can't get anarchist, my suggestion would be either Armorer or something that can give you armor. Sociopath regens HP which isn't useful for this build thanks to Berserker removing any health regeneration from non deployable health regen products like skills and weapons. My biggest recommendation though is Maniac because not only do you get resistances when you kill people but your team does too and they'll thank you for it. Might add that in the FAQ.

Would Sociopath work? I don't have Anarchist and I try to jam Socio into very build I can.

No. One Down is so new we can't tell what's good or not.

One down viable?
