The Spell adds all Two Handed Perks.

You make the Spell Tome at a Blacksmith Forge.

You will find the Spell in Powers after you learn it.

Use the Spell to add all Two Handed Perks.

No problem I usually have to subscribe and unscribe a few times and start my skyrim game a few times before a mod downloads,it is a common problem with steam

It usually is in misc,but make sure the mod has downloaded and is selected in data,that is the most common reason people can't find an item from a mod,I have about 250 mods posted in the steam workshop

prob is im not getting the option to craft the skill books at the blacksmith

I made spell tomes for all 18 perk trees,this is a very simple reliable spell tome,you usually keep the perks even if you reset the skill.if for any reason you loose the perks you can reuse the spell
