The mod aims to improve the gameplay to be more interesting and dynamic, by
simplifying certain parts of the game.

Features:
- lowered AE for anexation of provinces etc.
- highly lowered cost of coring a province
- INSTANT coring
- free national ideas
- truces now last only a few years
- lowered time to change national focus
- recruiting generals and admirals is twice cheaper
- unlimited generals (no penalties)
- quicker sieges
- eastern technology group doesn't get the 20% penalty in cost of research
- cost of advisors doesn't increase
- balanced the amount of money that units sack
- cavalry is now moving faster than infantry
- easier westernization
- increasing stability is cheaper
- lowering war exhaustion is cheaper
- lowering inflation is cheaper
- you can now take more provinces per war
- reformation spreads slower
- removing a national idea is free
- improving relations is now cheaper
- custom nation designer has increased features

...and some other minor changes.
