For anyone It works with Simfphys on Timed detonation but not engine. Also depending on the cars armor level it may not destroy the car entirely. Mafia 2 cars blow up easy, but GTA IV ones are just shy of it for example. It seems possible to make a patch to have them work in tandem perfectly if there isn't one already.
