yup I already started using it on my newer spartan releases
I was told that it was just that when the decals for blood was put onto the survivor the detail was to much so the solution was to disable decals for the armor but leave it in the techsuit through the materials code
That sucks bro, I wonder why?

I heard about GIMP and have yet to try it, but as for Photoshop I have used it but only at my university, I still need to get that one working at home.
