You can buy the Allegiance Spell Tomes from the Allegiance Follower Merchant,You can use the Follow me and Dismiss Spell Tomes on Ahkari(she is an Allegiance Follower,but she will only have merchant dialogue)

You know they are following you when they draw their weapon and sneak when you do.

If they have a follower voice you can trade with them as well.

There is a Dismiss Allegiance Follower Spell Tome as well.

Fast Travelling can dismiss Allegiance followers,just use the spell again after fast travelling.I am updating mods so they follow by default so them won't be dimissed by fast travelling.
