In this video I attempt to cover the basics of what you can do with the dev console. If you've never done any modding before you might view it as some kind of complicated process, possibly involving coding. I hope this video will show you that it's pretty straight-forward for the most part with every button and slider clearly labelled, and there's a lot of neat things you can do without any knowledge of code or programming in general.
