Playstyle
This deck is very agressive. You will do alot of damage to yourself but your will make your opponet feel it too. Mortal is a very common abilty used in this deck where as long as your life count is 15 or less you gain bonus abilties. Cards with Mortal such as Alpha Werewolf and Gorge are my inspiration for this deck. You will also use plenty of cards that Steal health from the opponet such as Vyrewatch and Haunted Leech. This deck also packs a nice medkit for itself with Meiyerditch Prision and Dagonnoth Fledgling. So lets get right into it!

Chapter 1:
I typically try to get myself to mortal as fast as possible by playing something really strong. My go to choice for this is Alpha Werewolf. If you put him out first you take a whoppping 16 damage which puts you at Mortal and triggers his effect to hit your opponet for 8 and gaining yourself 1 gold. If you can get an Ali Morrisane to get yourself to 4 gold and happen to drop one of your Gorges as well you then will Steal 6 hp from your rival which at this point should have you at 20 if you havent been hit yet and putting your opponet at 16. Finish the turn off with a Troll Chucker or a Scorpion to get just a little bit more damage on them netting about 16 damage on turn 1. You could also follow up with a Romily Weaklax or a Meiyerditch Prisoner if you feeling cautious but i try to only lay down what i call "medpack" cards when im below 10 hp.

Chapter 2:
Walking into turn 2 you normally will have a small advantage over your opppnet hp wise. This allows you to play safe yet continue to be aggresive. NEVER LET UP!! For this turn try to get gold while still dealing damage. Things such as Skeleton Warrior and Werewolf Rebel are great choices here follow by some life steal cards like the Haunted Leech and Flying Leech. Your goal coming out of this turn to to have maintained your lead over your opponet and gained at least 5 gold to cast Vyrewatch if its in your hand. If not then more damage!!!

Chapter 3:
I call this the GG chapter. Most games end here for this deck. Either you kill yourself by being to aggressive or you destory the enemys small amount of remaining hp. Honestly this guide is too deatiled for how simple this deck is. If you havent figure it out by this point you probably shouldn't play strategy games go back to cod.
Mulligan Guide
With your first hand I always try to get the following cards for turn 1:
Alpha Werewolf
Ali Morrisane
Troll Chucker
Gorge

Other cards that are great to have in your opening hand include:
KGP Agent
Scorpion
Vyrewatch

I'm desperate to build a cheap deck since I've been playing for 3 months now and still haven't pulled a diamond after opening 50+ packs. I have the worst luck for packs. Thought I'd give this one a shot, couldn't hurt...but it's worse than anything I've ever tried.

Yeah, I didn't want to outright call it (and by proxy, you) garbage....but it's garbage right now. :rshout:

Thanks alot Uncle_Drake! Yes this deck is very high risk but it feels soo satsifying to drain someone of all their HP. Stealing life and causeing them to kill themselves off of their own monsters is by far my favorite thing about Chronicle!

Now that's what I like to see!
A nicely done guide for a nicely done deck. It's maybe not the most beginner friendly of decks to start out with, due to the high risk factor, especially when keeping in mind the abundance of aggressive decks in the lower leagues, but apart from that, thumbs up!

I can definitely recommend this one!
