Homeworld 2 Classic Trail Fixes

Description
Corrects several issues with Gearbox's release of Homeworld 2 Classic:

* Broken engine trails appear to pulsate
* Lensflare effects appearing to cut off
* Stars not rendering in map backgrounds
* Lack of multiplayer options (restored LAN and TCP-IP options)

@Hero_Swe It is ultimately dependent on what the mod in question changes, but for most mods out there it should work fine as it only overrides a few materials and UI elements with their counterparts from the original Sierra/Relic release of the game.

@Hero_Swe The existing patch should be compatible with most existing HW2 classic mods. Some mods like Tactical Fleet Simulator already have these fixes included.

Can you make an off-shoot of this mod to just restore the LAN/TCP-IP options to Classic so it's compatible with mods? I'm not sure the mod as it is (Though awesome) is compatible with other classic mods.

@Riekopo It isn't needed to play the game; but it is still needed if you want to play HW2 classic with the correct engine trail and lensflare effects.
