Out with the boilers, in with electricity. This mod adds in electrical radiators. No more needing to place boilers in every cell block. Just hook this bad boy up and profit?!?! @Baconeater1394 If it's stuck on a wall and acts like a central heating radiator, then it makes sense to call it an electric radiator. I do call them electric radiators and have had them, and I will call a portable one a portable electric radiator or an electric heater.

Some countries do not use the term 'space heater' at all in common speech.

It should be, haven't tested since when I made it.
