KV-7, Experimental Soviet Tank Destroyer

The KV-7 was the first iteration of the KV-14, which would later become the SU-152. Mounted on the hull of the KV-1, the turret was removed and a new superstructure was added. Two 45mm guns and one 76.2mm gun was added. These were the only changes made, and the tank was not accepted into service.

Thanks to a large amount of ammunition stored in a single spot, the KV-7 is quite vulnerable to high penetration shells. However, the armor is still quite strong. It might be among the slowest of the KV series, but the guns and armor more than make up for that. The guns can rip apart a target, armored or not.
