Yes, the name lists are right there.You also can create another file, of course,if you do this,you need to mark the name of your new file in localisation.
There is also a part of the naming content in common\species_names.
Finally, while you can modify the files directly in the mod,But to avoid that when I update, you need to rework the file(Although I'm unlikely to update them very often),it might be better if you chose to put the files in a new mod and overwrite them by sorting and letting your mods load later.
I'm glad that you like this mod, but, on the one hand, I'm not a native English speaker and I know nothing about touhou cultures in English, and on the other hand, I'm terrible at writing name lists. so, if you need more names, maybe you could try it yourself?
Go to Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris
Back up the folder on your desktop
Delete launcher_v2.sqlite
Verify the game cache in Steam
