English Faction Names Submod for Europa Perdita

This official submod for Europa Perdita changes all faction names into English/Anglicized versions. This means that most faction names are reverted to the vanilla ones, but a few have been changed in line with some ideas we're working on for the mod (most separatist factions have unique names, for example).

Needless to say, you need to be subscribed to Europa Perdita in order to use this submod. It is still compatible with FotE.
