If you want to play, download Game Maker: Studio for free from Steam.

If you subscribe while u have Game Maker: Studio it will download the game to your Game Maker: Studio

when u launch Game Maker: Studio, it will show a splash screen, you can select Play or Make,
in this case choose Play and the game should appear there available for play.

NOTE: Be sure to select Steam Workshop, in Game Maker: Studio.
