Hightower Rainy

This is a nighttime, raining edit of Valve's Hightower.

Changes include:
- It's night, there's a pretty neat moon too.
- Added Rain and changed rocky textures to accommodate.
- Made most roofs and ledges accessible.
- Added sawblade for no good reason.
- Added the extra spawn exits from plr_hightower_event.
- Minor adjustments to optimisation.

Before you ask for any more changes, I don't have the original .vmf file anymore--so this is never getting updated.


KNOWN BUGS/ISSUES:

-- I forgot to add a no-build zone on the roof/ledge near red spawn's centre exit. However, since there are 4 exits from spawn, this isnt too much of a problem.
-- Snipers are sometimes hard to spot on the roofs, and there are lots of positions they can be in and still see the spawn exits.
-- Some people have complained about shiny weapons/textures--This is a mystery to me, but I think it's graphics settings.
-- Some players cannot see the rain. This is usually because they dont have "tf_particles_disable_weather 0". Changing graphics settings inside the map also disables rain until you rejoin.
-- The reflections of the water at the bottom of the cliff are a bit weird to some players, this may also be a graphics setting, but it's likely just my bad cubemapping.
