Guide step by step how to convert your PS2 save game to PC version.

Steps

*Guide made using PCSX2 saves*

1º - Download and execute Mymc [www.csclub.uwaterloo.ca]

2º - Open the file Mcd001 located inside the folder Memcards, select the save and click to export, it will be created a file .psu.

3º - Download and execute the PS2 Save Builder [www.ps2savetools.com]

4º - Open the save with extension .psu, select all the files and right click on extract, it will be converted to a standard PS2 save format.

5º - Select all the files created and drag into the FF X save folder, so rename the file call *BISLPS* to ffx_00X (X - It's a slot that will occupies in the remastered version).

6º - Enjoy!

@Reapz I'm not 100% sure, but should be able to use ffxed save game hacker to convert from original us to international version if necessary. I'm thinking about picking this up and using the new game + feature. I'm not willing to reattempt Lulu's sigil.

I figured out how to fix the saves for x-2 so if you guys want message me and i'll walk you through it. It's pretty easy

I did end up finding a save for x-2. Only thing is it doesn't have 100 percent done and all key items but it does have all dressperes, items, accesories and max lvl for all 3 characters. Better then nothing I suppose lol.

Huh. Strange how no X-2 saves seem to work :-/. Sucks since, when I get to X-2, I'd like to have a Al Bhed 100% and All Dressspheres mastered New Game + save ready. Hrmmm...
