Optional Aeons
These are optional Aeons that is not required to complete the game, but required for some
achievements.
Yojimbo
Yojimbo can be recruited at the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth near the entrance to Mt. Gagazet. Yojimbo will first ask Yuna a question regarding her purpose in trying to acquire his help. Her choice here will affect Yojimbo's behavior in battle and his probability in using his attacks. As for his payment, Yojimbo will initially ask the player for hundreds of thousands of gil but it is possible to haggle with him. To get Yojimbo for the cheapest price, the player must offer him in the first two negotiations the half the gil he is asking for plus one gil, and he will decrease his price. In the third negotiation, they must offer him 0.7 times the gil he is asking, closing the deal.

One can decrease the price three times before hiring him. If the player pays Yojimbo triple what he is asking he will give two Teleport Spheres as a token of appreciation. This works even after having "haggled" with him.

Obtaining Yojimbo earns the It's All About The Money achievement.

For more on Yojimbo's attacks and the math behind it, go to Final Fantasy Wiki[finalfantasy.wikia.com] to read more.
Anima
To receive Anima as an aeon, the player must have unlocked all of the treasures using the Destruction Spheres in each Cloister of Trials(look for a seal appearing over a treasure chest as you open it), including Zanarkand Dome. At Baaj Temple(see Airship coordinates), the player must fight a boss named Geosgaeno (the first boss Tidus faces when he comes to Spira) to gain entrance to a sealed underwater room.

Obtaining Anima earns the Feel The Pain achievement.
The Magus Sisters
The Magus Sisters is an optional aeon found in Remiem Temple. To reach Remiem Temple you need to mount a chocobo in the Calm Lands and go right by the entrance from Macalania Woods. You should see a chocobo feather by the broken bridge.

The requirements for getting access to this Aeon is that the player must first obtain the Flower Sceptre and the Blossom Crown and use them to open the temple's back door, where the sisters rest, only after Yojimbo and Anima have been obtained.

Flower Sceptre: You get this as a reward when you defeat Belgemine's first 5 Aeons, endig with Bahamut. This is done inside the temple.

Blossom Crown: To get this item you need to capture at least one of each fiend at Mt. Gagazet. This is done by buying capture weapons from the Monster Arena located in the east wall of Calm Lands. Capture weapons have the Capture auto-ability that allows the player to capture a monster if they deal the killing blow, either using attacks or skills. After you have captured 1 of each fiend, return to the Monster Arena vendor to claim your price.

Obtaining the Magus Sisters earns the Delta Attack! achievement.
Airship Passwords
When you get control over the airship you can access the command menu and choose input to bring up a text entry where you can input passwords found by deciphering Al Bhed messages left in specific locations around Spira. Note that all of the passwords are case-sensitive.

Once the passwords are entered new locations will appear in the Airship destination list with NEW! in yellow next to them. Visit these locations to land places with a save sphere and a treasure chest.

If you just want the passwords, skip to part 2, the following is where you find the clues to the passwords.

Password 1:
  • The blue stone at Baaj Temple in the Submerged Ruins(where you first enter Spira), towards the right reads: "In the land where bolts of light illuminate the blackest night. With Macalania behind the fourth pillar you sight look not on the left but on the right".
  • This corresponds to the tower in north area of Thunder Plains which is near a save sphere. Written on the LEFT side of the tower is: "The password is... MURASAME"

Password 2:

  • On the Mi'ihen Highroad in south end area, find this clue: "There is a valley in a vast plain with a great thorn beside. From the thorn look cross the vale to the other side".
  • Head to the Calm Lands at the big spire in the north-central part (near a person standing at the edge). Near to gorge examine the base of this spire to read: "With the vale at your back go forty-nine, then seven to the right in the truest line".
  • Make sure to walk (not run) south 49 steps, then 7 steps to the right. This is easiest to do while using the D-pad.
  • [A pointy rock gives this clue]: "With me at your back go twenty, then twenty to the right".
  • [A large mound of rock gives this clue]: "Right sixteen and right four".
  • [A circle with a crescent this clue]: "Continue on. Find me".
  • At this point, head to north, back to a spot near the spire it started at. Look for other circle with a crescent on the ground near the edge to read the password: "The password is... GODHAND".

Password 3:

  • The first clue is on the blue stone at Besaid Island in Ancient Road, under to a structure near the entrance. It reads: "Kilika and Bikanel join as one".
  • This is in reference to the blue stones at Kilika and Bikanel, which when combined, gives the password. The stone at Kilika Woods, near the entrance reads:
    t e p s w r s
    V C O I U

  • The stone at Bikanel Island (at the northwestern ruins in the central area) reads:
    h a s o d i
    I T R O S

  • Combine these sequentially and get the password is VICTORIOUS. The translation of this cipher is kind of awkward because the spaces are not included in the translation so you need some good will to see what is should be, as the spaces don't exist in the cipher. If you do not account for the spaces you get theapssowdsiVICTORIOUS

Airship Coordinates
Another option for the player to discover new locations is to choose the Coordinate option when speaking to Cid. This brings up a cursor over the map of Spira, along with a set of coordinates. The player can discover new locations by aligning the cursor with specific coordinates and pressing Confirm. This will add the locations to your Airship Destination map, with the yellow NEW tag next to them.

Credits and Notes
I have compiled the information in this guide and rewritten much of it to suit Steam, but the information has been available on the internet for many years, the source i used for 90% of this guide is the Final Fantasy Wikia[finalfantasy.wikia.com]
Hope this helped you, feel free to correct errors in comments and i will try to update this guide.

As an extra note, I found several references to The Flower Sceptre instead of The Flower Scepter so I included that spelling of the name. I will confirm this ingame when i can.

Yes, you should be able to get all the treasures once you get the airship. The problem here is that once you kill the boss in Zanarkand most of the temples will be protected by dark aeons. These are much stronger than the last boss, and so might be tough to beat. The only temple you can not revisit is Bevelle, but you can't leave that temple without the treasure anyway.

Thanks for your comment, this was an oversight on my part, I just forgot after I added it to the coordinates part of the guide. I have added it to the password part, thanks for looking out:D
