Couple of examples:
After the Festival of Hunt, you'll get the achievement as well as the Theater Ship Card. A feast occurs and everyone but Steiner gets drugged by Dagger.
You'll finally arrive at Alexandria and be trapped by Zorn and Thorn.
Your final ATE: The Elevator
You may have to re-enter the pathway room and hit the barriers more than once. You'll know you're good when you re-enter the module room and your allies are there waiting to help you. The ATE does NOT proc from interacting with the module, it instead activates once you return to the pathway room and allows you to interact with the module through the ATE instead.
Also, a helpful tip; rearrange the order of events in late Lindblum so you complete the Gyshal Pickle fiasco ATE *before* going to the chests in Tantalus Hideout. Picking up all that Gil just to be forced to burn it and have 0 Gil for the Stilzkin encounter right around the corner was rough.
