Craftable Maxwell Lights & Throne

Klei removed Maxwell lights and other things from DST. This simple mod brings it back in and make them craftable (or only spawnable through console commands).

You can now create the maxwell base of your dreams.

Features

• Brings back maxwell things into the game.
  
• Configurable crafting levels, including "None" if you just want them to be only spawned with console commands.
  
• Maxwell stuff that would crash the game before (like the throne) won't now.

Prefab name for spawning:
maxwelllight_p,
maxwellthrone_p

Note: Nightmare throne doesn't do anything, its just there for cosmetic effect atm. I might add a function for it in the future after or between my current mod projects.
