Fourth version of rp_vespra.


Changes from version 3:

Fixed "skybox" where necessary.
Several clipping improvements.
Changed the subway doors to kill people who block them. While this may end up in some accidental deaths, the alternative was people getting stuck when they traveled from train to train.
Moved the transitionary subway train you teleport to between station further away from map so you don't hear the train chugging 24/7
Removed a sub-par and rather pointless building.
Added 3 new sitrooms. All sitrooms can be accessed via admin room.
Fixed message in admin room. I forgot to pack it into the last version. whoops.
Added a medical center at the spawn area in a building that was previously not enterable.
New area of the map in the form of a residential/market district!


WARNING: I advise staying away from the edges of the train when inside the train and staying as centered in the train as you can. If you don't you may be stuck, clipped inside the train. There's no real way I can think to fix this, so this is your official warning.
